The Technical Services Department plans, organizes, develops, administers and executes engineering projects, studies and programs related to the Agency’s advanced wastewater treatment plant and interceptor pipelines. It provides accredited laboratory services for the testing and monitoring of plant influent and effluent.  It also provides for safety and regulatory compliance services to the Agency
